Your article states Obama hadn't even heard from this aunt in two years. In any event, this is a civil matter, not the type of immigration violation that has the INS crashing in your door and deporting you back to country-of-origin.

Republicans are desperate...and scrabbling for any bit of dirt they can lay their paws on in an effort to discredit Obama at the last minute. Face facts. The Republicans had their chance for eight years and they blew it.

Sorry...you'll have to do better than that. People are more concerned about things like their jobs, their homes, their 401K's vanishing, whether they will be able to afford food, the war in Iraq.

   The travesty is that by now, Obamistas are blocking their minds to any open minded and rational discussion of these things, other than to chorus: isn't this odd timing, that Auntie Zaituni's problems should come up now!! As if, as you state, Obama's own "vetting team" hadn't warned him: by the way, when we reviewed your history, we note that you reference Auntie Zaituni. We found out that your Auntie, had NOT left, as told to do, by an immigration judge who ruled on her case ... that she was not a political asylum case.

    By the way: what parts of the Comprehensive Immigration Bill did Obama object to? Were any of his objections based on the definition of a "political asylum request?" Oh, my, wouldn't that imply there HAS BEEN a conversation between Auntie Zaituni and Barack, the lawyer and senator, over her case? He recently said, to Katie Couric: there is no reason to lie to the American people. I hope and pray to God that he has now lied on this one. I hope that there is evidence that he has spoken to her about this matter, as suggested. How many of US would have spoken to Barack, if he were OUR cousin and senator, lawyer, friend of the family?? And how little does he know about her, in spite of being invited to his inaugeration ceremony only 2 years ago.

   When are the American people going to say, at some point: this man has a long, long line of dirty associations which he claims are all someone else's fault! And when are they going to recognize that this is a narcissistic personality, who says whatever the hell he can get away with. He is, without a doubt: the greatest, slickest, glibbest hustler to ever come onto the American political stage.

    People said this about another huckster from another country, who promised to redistribute the wealth around to conform with a political and ethnic and economic agenda which isn't about merit, but about a political philosophy that purports to equalize all things. This man is the Socialist Democrat Party leader, and people who feel they are mere Centrist Democrats should bail this week, and vote for McCain. This man is a terrible threat to America.

Is everyone so willing to put this guy in office because we need a change?Yes we do need change,but not the kind of change that will come with Obama. What if anything has he ever told the truth about. This isn't about who he knows or even associates with. This is about his lack of judgement,and how he has lied about all of it. He is to old to say he is naive,and if he is we sure don't want a naive president in office. If you want to overlook everything about this mans past. Then don't be surprised when he,and the country fall flat on their faces.

We have to cut back on teachers, police, firefighters... US Citizens applying for housing are on a wait list for months and years... Citizens with kids are living on the streets... and yet illegal immigrants are allowed to live in housing funded by our tax dollars while thumbing their noses at our laws and judicial decisions.....

A lie from Obama for certain. He had to know She was ellealy living in the USA. His father's half sister would be contacted regularly. This should have been checked out before nomination.

 Ombama has won the election though still if he lied.. he lied..  & he says is is an upholder oif the law, there is somewhere online a lady reporter who had researched & founded an entire page or three of Obamas ill doings & histories from his beginning to the days in school up until now..just have not been able to find again, probably has been cut & destroyed, it was interesting information including photos of him lunching or coffeeing with a person with terrorist ties..
